ASTEC Rebrand Initiated by Employees

The company's decision to focus the brands of the business was driven from internal conversations. The OneASTEC business model now better supports their focus to build and connect with customers.

Astec, and all of its brands, have been on an exciting journey to come together under one name with one common look. Unifying our organization allows us to build our strength together and as a partner to the industry. Our vision to connect people, processes and products is at the heart of everything we do and with our new organization, we will be able to better serve our customers. 

"The idea is to bring together all of our products and all of our people and all of our customers together as OneASTEC," Ruffalo said. "The change was really employee driven. We knew that we were a complicated company with all of our brands and it was great that our marketing folks and employees grabbed a hold of that and presented the idea of going to one brand. It's pretty cool that this was internally driven."

The change will allow ASTEC to serve our customers more effectively as one brand. Barry Ruffalo, ASTEC President and CEO, sat down with Amy Schwandt with at World of Concrete 2021 to explain more.
