Q: What is Astec doing with service and construction?
A: To better serve our customers, Astec is simplifying our service and construction by integrating seven service and construction teams into a unified team that can exceed our customer’s needs. We have designed a structure that will allow us to share resources and utilize our skilled field staff to provide offerings to our complete portfolio of products and equipment. This includes but is not limited to Mechanical Construction, Electrical Construction, HMA, Concrete, Combustion, Industrial Products, etc.
Q: Will Astec still provide 24/7/365 service phone support?
A: Absolutely, Astec will continue to lead the industry in customer support. Our customers are the core of our business and we value our partnerships. Our core values support our devotion to meeting the needs of our customers and we take that seriously at Astec
Q: Who do we call for our service and construction needs?
