Heatec has added new people to its sales team and assigned a few current staff members to new positions.
Russ Earp has accepted a position as Emulsion Sales Manager. Troy Norris, previously the Regional Parts Sales Manager, has taken the Southeast Regional Sales Manager vacated by Earp. Lance Clark will be taking over the Southwest as Regional Sales Manager. Mark Everett has joined the Heatec team as Southeast Regional Parts Sales Manager. And finally, Kevin Johner has also joined parts sales as Northeast Regional Parts Sales Manager. Russ Earp has been with Heatec for almost 20 years as a sales manager. He was instrumental in the sale and overseeing Heatec’s first complete emulsion plant project. His territory as emulsion sales manager covers all of the United States and Canada.
Troy Norris will cover the Southeast as regional sales manager. The region consists of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina. Troy has over 30 years of experience servicing asphalt plants and few years as a traveling parts salesman for Heatec. As southwest regional sales manager, Lance Clark will be covering Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Tennessee and Texas. He has worked with industrial equipment for 10 years. He worked at Astec, Inc. for eight years and two years with a construction aggregate producer. He has managed capital projects including the installation of rail lines, mass grading, infrastructure and industrial equipment.
Mark Everett is taking over the Southeast as regional parts sales manager. He will be covering Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina. Mark has a degree in Engineering Management and has worked as project manager with Astec for over 8 years. He also has experience as a Cad Designer and Laser Programmer.
Kevin Johner is now a regional parts sales manager, covering the Northeast, including Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and West Virginia, as well as Ontario, Canada. Kevin has over 25 years of experience servicing manufacturing and industrial facilities throughout the United States. He is also a Desert Storm veteran, having served two tours in Iraq.
